NASFA 2026/27 Admission

1. The application form must be filled online. Candidates are advised to read the instructions on this page carefully before completion.

2. Female candidates must be abreast with the provision of Harmonised Terms and Conditions of Service (Soldiers) Revised 2017 Chapter 13 Paragraph 13.03.

3. Candidates must satisfy the minimum entry requirements for the course in the under-mentioned Departments.

DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTANCY

4. ND Accountancy: Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 credits at not more than 2 sittings in SSCE/WAEC or NECO. These must include English Language, Mathematics and Economics.

5. JAMB UTME Requirements: Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and Economics.

6. JAMB UTME SUBJECTS: English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other Social Science subject.

7. HND Accountancy: Candidates must satisfy the entry requirements for ND programme and pass the ND examination in Accountancy with at least Lower Credit from an accredited institution. Candidates must have also undergone one year Supervised Industrial Work Experience. Pass in ND may only be considered after 2 years post qualification experience.

DEPARTMENT OF OFFICE TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT

8. ND Office Technology and Management: Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 credits at not more than 2 sittings in SSCE/WAEC or NECO. These must include English Language, Mathematics and Economics.

9. JAMB UTME Requirements: Five SSCE credit passes including English Language, Maths and any 3 subjects of Economics/Commerce, Business Methods, Literature in English, Geography, etc.

10. JAMB UTME Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and any 3 subjects of Economics/Commerce, History/Govt, Geography, etc.

11. HND Office Technology and Management: Candidates must satisfy the entry requirements for ND programme and pass the National Diploma examination in Office Technology and Management with at least Lower Credit from an accredited institution. Candidates must have also undergone one year Supervised Industrial Work Experience. Pass in ND may only be considered after 2 years post qualification experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

12. The following requirements must be satisfied:

• Candidates must have served at least 3 years after enlistment/commission before being eligible to apply.
• Candidates awaiting result must not apply.
• Candidates must submit copies of their credentials online.

  • The form status is to view the status of the form as you have filled it. Please check back/scroll through and correct any incomplete section.
• Declare that the information is correct by entering your initials and submit the filled application form.

Step 3 - Recommendation by the unit.

You will be required to print out confirmation slip, present it to your Commanding Officer/Commander for recommendation with signature and stamp. It will be required during the selection/ interview, so keep it safe.
